Yesterday while chasing a tandem on a descent, I hit 40.5 mph on my fixie (68 gear inches). I checked an online converter when I got home, and my cadence was 192. I am amazed at how much more comfortable I am on the fixed after riding it almost exclusively for 7+ months. It's a gas. :beer:
