wasn't it always said that postal/disco had the best doctors, hence the fastest rabbit. seems like a surprisingly honest, revealing thing to say.

We can read whatever we want into the quote but it is largely true of all transgressor/pursuer relationships. When have the police ever really gotten ahead of the criminals? They are always playing catch up.
