regular, single bend, S bend, OS chain stays?

What the heck? I can figure out that OS chain stays are going to be stiffer than regular sized chainstays. What about single bend versus S bend?

the "S" bend OS stays are my choice because i like the look. don't know if they are any stiffer than an single bend OS stay though.

The S bend will not allow for wider tires versus the regular squeezed bent stay . No difference in stifness as I have switched between both these set ups on bike designs.
