I am trying to obtain a 1cm longer reach than my current ride of 74.5 seat angle and 52.5cm top tube length without using a 1cm longer stem (going from an 11cm to a 12cm stem on that small of a bike).
If a frame has a 74.5 degree seat angle and a 53.5cm top tube (gives 1cm longer than my current frame), is the equivalent size for purposes of reach, a 74 degree seat angle and a 53cm top tube?
