I'm looking at a threaded steel fork for my atlanta...the head tube is 130mm on my frame...the fork steerer tube is 165mm..
How close will this be? What headset should I use that would give me the most amount of threads?

dude:

just come on over with the frame, we will pull the fork, we will insert the F1, and we will see how it looks. if there are threads sticking up, its good to go. as the frame is a 55, its going to work fine. calculation done. ;)

I'm worried it's a little short, what headset has the lowest stack height?

Ritchey headsets have the lowest stack height I believe (32mm).

You may want to look into one of these:

This is enough thread right? It should work if I paint the thing...?

I'll trade you a bowl of soup for that F1?

Shino,

If you replace that fork with an f1 I will personally see to it that Kevan and Sandy come to your home for a "Slumber Party".

Don't do it.

No! I got the blue fork to replace the white pos in the background. I just want to make sure the steerer tube is long enough..
