ALAN Super Cross Scandium
Remember Scandium? If you raced in the early 2000s, you probably do. It was the super material of its day: light, stiff, and comfortable. ALAN claims that the Super Cross Scandium "is very reactive out of low-speed corners, composed and stable on bumpy fields and rough tracks." More importantly, the curved top-tube looks very cool.
This frameset is in good, used shape showing the typical chips and scrapes of a race bike. Overall, the paint remains in excellent condition. The frame is designed for an electronic drivetrain only, so an 11-speed Ultegra Di2 setup is provided. The shifters are a little scraped-up but perfectly usable. New hoods, a new battery charger, and new seatpost battery shims are included. Also included is a carbon, tubular wheelset. However, the tires no longer hold air, so it's probably time to glue on a fresh set.

Kirk Revolution
Here's a bit of cycling history — the first and perhaps only die-cast magnesium mountain bike. The Revolution was way ahead of its time, boasting CAD design, an unusual construction method, and elevated chainstays.
The frameset remains in unused condition. Judging by the clean bottom bracket and rear-derailleur dropout threads, this frame was never even built up! The only thing missing are decals, and there must be a source for them somewhere. You might think otherwise, but this bike would look perfect with an old AMP Research fork. Included is the hard to find direct attach Shimano front derailleur.

SOLD - Zunow Z-1
Built by the master craftsman himself, Takeru Kageyama, this Zunow Z-1 has so many wonderful details that it makes other classic frames look downright plain. Some of these details include a biplane rear brake bridge, custom "Ditchex" frame tubing with a cable channel along the top-tube, "Pentagla" pentagon-shaped chainstays, and pantographs everywhere.
The frameset is in nice, used condition. There are paint chips and scrapes, but no dings or dents. The paint shows some cracking near the bottom bracket, but there's no tubing deformation, and the steel underneath looks perfectly fine. This frameset is begging to be built-up and ridden!
Included in the sale is the Mavic bottom bracket, seat post binder bolt and dropout adjuster screws.
Seat-tube: 58.5 cm c-c
Top-tube: 58 cm c-c

SOLD - 1986 Nishiki International Prestige
Here’s a Japanese classic. The matte blue powder-coat is new and looks great in the daylight. The decals were made for fun, but you can still get period Nishiki International decals from Velocals. These frames had interesting stress rings added to the tubing for durability. This includes the frame, fork, Stronglight headset, Nishiki stem, new seatpost binder bolt and dropout screws.

1999? Empella Bonfire
Here’s an old-school cyclocross bike that was definitely built for racing. There are no water bottle bosses! The frame is plenty stiff, too. The paint is in excellent shape with no real chips, scratches, or paint loss – only some light crazing to the pearl coat which adds to its character. The main tubes have been covered in an automotive protective film. There’s plenty of steerer left to cut. It is ready to be ridden! Included in the sale is the seatpost, stem, integrated headset, provisions for cable stops on the seatpost collar and fork.

1996 Pro-Flex 755
Nice Pro-Flex 755 GLS that hasn’t been beaten to death or abused. The elastomers are fresh and covered in neoprene booties to keep them safe from UV rays. Believe it or not, when it was built up this bike exceled on gravel rides. The frame is in great shape with no real dents, dings, or cracks. Find a nice vector fork and you are set! The cable housing was left in place to show the proper cable routing for the bike.

Russ Denny custom build
Custom frame built by Russ Denny. The bike is beautifully painted. It was fast and super light at 16.5 pounds when built up, with a little work you can probably get it well under 16 pounds. Headset and seatpost collar include.

Beat me to it! It looks to have lugs bonded to steel tubes like the some of the 80s Raleighs that used 531 and 753 tubes. Of course I can’t see and don’t know for sure – just guessing

Sorry. Misunderstood. Yes, you can use a regular threaded bottom bracket in there. Just run a BB die/tap in to make sure the outboard threads are clean and it'll work just fine.

lucky/unlucky on the sizing. i have always wanted a russ denny. he's in the same town that my wife is from, and I used to see a lot of his bikes around the inland empire in the mid-2000s.

Yes, I love it but its a tiny bit too big for me and I have a 59cm Kona Zing King with full Record so the Russ ended up on the block. I dont see to many around and I think he's done making bikes. Fingers crossed you come across one in your size.
