View Full Version : Help- Dirt lost his Nut

ok now that I got you to look- I have a dura ace 9 (7700) speed front hub that is missing the outer serrated nut one one side - see the pix- dont ask me how is ended up missing - I have no screaming clue

so does anyone here either---

know if these can still be ordered

have one sitting around they dont need

know if they were the same nut down the model line- ie are the ultegra and 105 ones the same-

they've got those little plastic drawers with all sorts of that kinda stuff.

Did you check the back of your truck or in the trunk?

Call Shimano. If you get a guy (or gal) in a good mood, they will just ship it out to you (free of charge).

If they insist on you going to your LBS, they will give you the part number for them to order.

PS: I've NEVER had them NOT send me a small part that went missing (or broke off).
