61cm Serotta? track bike on eBay

Here's a bike that would work great for someone (roughly my size) and wants to get onto the track:

If I only had the money, I'd buy it on the spot. However, many of you should deserve a go at this bike.

Can anyone confirm if it is a Serotta or not? I'm waiting to get the serial number from the seller.

I'm a sucker for an open design fork crown. That one looks almost like one Ritchey used to use. I have an awesome bi-plane fork crown on an old MB-2 that doesn't fit worth a damn - I'd sell the bike except for that crown. And my old Riv had a very nice see-through crown as well. One of those weird little design details that just work for me.

That track bike would fit me too, but I already have a good fixie and I'm not buying anymore bikes for the forseeable future.
