i think shinmano has a very good shoe concept .at least that how it looks too

also they make it avaible to evry local bike shop to cure composite products also with those ovens

meaby serrotta sould jump into that to develop simple thermo plastic products to mold and modified by LBS

like sadle's and handle bars cups for TT

The biggest suprise is that it took someone like Shimano so long to offer this technology. I had a pair of thermo-formed hockey skates close to 20 years ago. Better late than never I guess.
