Something screamed serotta and sure enough it has a serotta fork, it looks like the serotta S logo on the fork crown

Chris Chance made very few road bikes from what I understand so this might be a nice bike, fork and all

I notice the frame has the World Championship stripes on the frame, on the letter "C".

Traditionally, framebuilders would only put those stripes on their frames if a rider on their frame actually won a world championship. Anyone know if Chris Chance qualifies?

Not a criticism, just wondering who, where, and when if that's the case.

I remember when Chris' Slim Chance frames were neutral support bikes at the Tour duPont (Trump?). The boxy fork crown or segmented crown, and funky colors, gave me lust.
