SRAM help!

Anyone have an e-mail address for tech support at SRAM? I have spent way too long on their web site clicking the "contact us" link only to find nothing there! Any assistance is appreciated.

Best bet might be to go through your local shop. Their rep can maybe help or at least get you in touch with someone. I also clicked around and couldn't find a direct way to contact them.

If you are a FB user, go to their page and you can message them. They have ones for road and mountain.

I found twitter pretty useful. Maybe I was lucky but got a quick response.

What is the issue? Plenty of experience on this forum.
