Been loving taking my Bike Friday family tandem for rides. It currently has a Burley Moose Rack that works, but is pretty high up due to disc brake adapters. Hoping to get something that allows my panniers to sit closer to the ground. I have been looking at
Topeak (https://www.moosejaw.com/product/topeak-explorer-tubular-rack-with-disc-mount_10360797?ad_id=GooglePlusBox&utm_source=GooglePlusBox&utm_medium=PLA&utm_campaign=Topeak&cm_mmc=PLA-_-Google-_-MJ-Shopping-NonPromo-Brand-Product|MJ-Shopping-NonPromo-Brand-Product-_-google|10853406174|105764669014|457336792556|aud-302302480289:pla-941736301099|c|9031645|4035125&gclid=Cj0KCQjwhvf6BRCkARIsAGl1GGhRfQEOC85HbyEAjgLJ fV2gjC1lZ7HbH4abZ9trTHqZIvDVd9Hj3kgaArVfEALw_wcB)
Sunlite (https://www.amazon.com/Sunlite-Gold-Disc-Rack-700c/dp/B016QRNHNW)
Tern (https://store.ternbicycles.com/products/cargo-rack?variant=11005824008235)

Wondering if anyone on the forum has advice or real-life experience with different racks? TIA!

That Tern is a contender. You could also look at racks that have a secondary lower rail like a Salsa or this Racktime rack.

The Racktime one comes in a 26" version which should sit lower.
