Fenix 5X that I picked up second-hand from a forum-member.
One watchband keep broke last week and woke up this morning to the second one breaking.
About $50 for a replacement and the band seems fine, so I looked at eBay and Amazon to try to find a less-expensive option. Actually bid on an option this morning and got nipped in the final seconds.

Decided to give them a call and ask if I could buy the keeps-only rather than the whole band. They asked for the email I use for Connect and said that they were happy to send a set to me at no-charge.


To my mind, they didn't NEED to do this, but it engenders loyalty, for sure.
