I rode a friend's Zeus for a couple of years and I thought the drilled parts were just the best. That was one beautiful bicycle. As a matter of fact, I was going to post about drilled parts a while back. I often think about how nice it'd be to drill the Record components. With all the carbon stuff I guess drilling is no longer an option; too bad.

Love the lugwork on that frame, but the drillium on the brake levers and shifters is downright scary.
don't try that with any carbon bits :)

I have seen the bike in person. I find the frame more interesting than the parts. Peter Johnson has an neat story to tell as a framebuilder.
