I'm trying to find just plain ol' regular length stems for some non-aero rims. Ya know, like MA40s and the like.

They must still exist out there somewhere in this land of aero.

I'd just prefer not to have 60mm or even 48mm of stem sticking out of my old rim.

700 x 23-25c with as short a presta stem as available is much preferred. Links if you have one.

Thanks.

This would be my choice. Though interestingly, there's a max of just 4 of these that can be placed with this seller anyway.

Good news is there's plenty o' tubes still made with 32mm presta valves. Bad new is covid parts shortages means inventory can be spotty. Just checked modernbike, looked like all their shorty stem tubes are sold out.

Found a few on amazon. Try searching "bicycle tube 32mm presta valve," some will turn up.
