Touch-up paint for Team ADR Merckx?

Does anyone have or have any tips for touch-up paint for a 1988 Eddy Merckx Team ADR Corsa Extra? I am looking for the blue specifically.

If you want it perfect - go to your local autobody shop to find an OEM color that is a match and then get some touch up paint in that color.

The quick and dirty but 90% of the way there that usually looks pretty darn good option is nail polish.
