Before I open this up, does anyone know if it’s going to be sealed bearings? Loose ball bearings and what size I need? Thanks
I’m hoping to order the spares parts before taking apart. I realize I’ll probably need to open it anyway. I’m riding them at the moment.

No personal experience with these hubs but the locknut suggests loose bearing to me. You can sift through the Campy catalogs on their site. Here’s the 1997 which shows loose bearing front, cartridge on rear

Pretty sure the rear will be 1/4", and fronts 7/32". 9 each side. (Can't remember....Believe Shimano 3/16 and Campy 7/32). Grade 25 balls. I have a little plastic "sizer" I put the balls thru to be sure.

Those old hubs (and other old Campy and Shimano hubs) have large enough bearings to last almost forever with good maintenance. Even if those bearings add a little weight. Some of these newer lightweight hubs have bearings so small and so few....they don't last long (my opinion after fixing a few).
