Clavicula SE and Italian threaded BBs

Have any of you installed a clavicula SE crankset on an Italian threaded bottom bracket? I suppose you wouldn't be able able to use the carbon spindle, correct? How easy is the installation? I am not sure my bike shop is up to the task, so thinking about doing it myself if it comes to it.

THM makes an Italian threaded BB, so I would run that. Anything else and you're risking it.
