I'll be honest -- I have a big mellon. it's a veritable planetoid.

finding specs that agree with me is tough, pinched temple and tendency to slide off my face is typical.

my current specs are circa 2004 zerorh+, the ones that fassa-bortolo rode (petacchi, cancellara, etc). my second-to-last set of spare lenses just gave up the ghost, so I'm looking ahead to when I'll need new specs.

what's good out there for those of us well endowed up top?

I prefer "regular" sunglasses and have had good luck with Suncloud in a semi-wrap style.

But you can always go retro and rock some Oakley Factory Pilots!

Tifosi (and probably others) make sunglasses in S/M/L. And they also make custom versions. Hope this helps.

In my experience Oakley’s always did the best with fitting a bigger head, they may have changed their fit though.

something like 60cm -- i wear ~7-1/2" hatsize. the raw number isnt huge, but where the glasses fit across my temple is broad. look at my face, you see face...look to the left and right...you see more face! ;-)

I have a similar size head and have found the Oakley EV zeros a nice fit.
Pricey but the lack of a frame makes them nice and flexible for a wider fit

Zegho by Assos. No frame. Flexible 'girth'.

I have the frameless Oakleys EvZero and they have a lot of flex in them, they feel a bit "loose" on my L size noggin vs Smith pivlocks (but don't fall off they stay on well). so +1 to the recommendation above...
