I recently acquired a Ti bike and am thinking of upgrading the wheels. It's got rim brakes and I've been thinking about going tubeless as well. I did some research on Hunt wheels and they seem like a good deal. The drive train is Campagnolo 10 speed. I would appreciate any recommendations on the below scenarios:

1. <$500

2. <$1,000

I picked up a pair of Token C45r tubeless wide carbon clinchers with Campagnolo freehub from PBK for my Alchemy and couldn’t be happier with them. They set up tubeless without any issues and were less than $600 all in. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200823/24d8450f11e27cbe83c991d2c3379205.jpg

1) Zondas
2) Shamals
Another option is to have some built. Not as expensive as you might think. Somewhere between 1 & 2

It depends on what kind of riding you do. If you looking for speed, aero is where it's at. If you're climbing, lighter is better.

Shamal C17s. Get em before they're gone.

Would you recommend the mille or the Ultra when it comes to Shamal?

Without knowing what kind of riding you do and something about YOU, technique, weight, tough or not on wheels..hard to say...

But hard to beat Campagnolo, DT or Bitex hubs laced to DT411 rims..spokes TBD. NO Proprietary rims/spokes...$675 or so range..

I was going to say the same thing.
Unless you have multiple wheelsets and can wait on replacement parts for weeks, proprietary spokes/ rims can be trouble.

IMO depends a lot of the needs. you can get low end campagnolo or fulcrum for less than 200 shipped sometimes. UK sites.

Ultra. Have the Milles and wouldn't get them again. The coating will wear eventually and brake pads are a pain to find for the Milles.

How's the breaking on these in wet conditions?

I have not taken them out in wet conditions as I usually just run my Drifter with discs or my fat bike also with discs. The breaking surface has been good so far in dry conditions, but I tend to avoid wet conditions with any rim brake carbon wheels. I am 212lbs and live and ride around the Mohawk valley and southern Adirondacks, so plenty of rollers and hilly terrain.

Grew up in Frankfort NY and rode coop hill too many times. The riding was for the most part without many cars. There isnt a whole lot to see unless you study bovines............

I am only about 25 miles northeast of there now. A few organic farms south of me at this point, but mostly just houses and camps spread out once I head North. Amish country once I head into the valley.
