Semi OT: alternative to motion x gps for iphone

Have used this app for hiking and xc skiing for awhile, like the ability to download maps for offline use, and the fidelity of the hiking trails shown on their default map server. Clearly I have been hiking in all the same places the past year or so, as I just discovered they have discontinued the app (it still works, I can pay some additional $ to have access to the 3D party map server On an ongoing basis).

I don’t need for basic road rides — I use RWGPS for that.

I don’t mind paying $, but before I do that, is there an app people like with similar features for backcountry use?

Lots of good ones.

For hikes/runs, I like Hiking Project (REI app).
I also use All Trails.
Of course, Strava routes is good as well.

For off-road vehicle use, I like Gaia
