Have a buddy coming into town this weekend and looking to ride some Malibu/Palisades trails.
He's 5'11 with a 32" inseam, so a 56cm should be perfect. Disc preferred given the riding we're doing.
We've checked all the shops (Helen's, South Bay, Sprocket, etc.) and no one is doing rentals due to COVID, so we're hoping to find a loaner. He's good with the "you break it you buy it" approach, although I don't expect anything to get dinged as we're not riding that hard. He's also open to paying as if were a rental if that helps.
I'm in the Southbay (Manhattan) and willing to make a short drive if you're close....anyone have something they'd be willing to loan out Fri-Sun?
