in another thread i said i was searching for an orange saddle, preferrably an aliante. on fizik's site, you can custom order saddle colors. but they didn't offer an aliante in orange, but they did offer a poggio and a pave in orange. on monday i wrote them asking about the seeming inconsistency. a very nice person named suzette ayotte (hey, they're an italian company) wrote back to say that they would change their website and begin offering an orange aliante in a few days or a week. how cool is that? now that is customer service. thanks, fizik.
