I've been involved for a few years with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through their Bike MS charity rides. To date, Bike MS has raised over one billion (!) dollars towards helping those living with MS through research and support programs.
Their summer season was lost and with it a major chunk of their annual revenue. They will be holding a charity auction later this year to help make up this gap.
