My own Di2 bike doesn't leave me warm and fuzzy with the installation. Some are really clean, with few visible wires. Some have heat shrink wrap to keep things tidy.

Mine is not so tidy though it's not as bad as some I've seen. What's the secret? Show your clean setups and tips for a nicer installation if you don't mind.

This is mine and the Bluetooth piece is clearly visible, along with the wire connecting the left and right sides. I'd like to clean it all up. I have the bar end junction and a hole to bring the wire up the outside of the bar. Excess is wrapped under the tape. That can't be the best solution.

Route the wire connecting the shifters inside the handlebar, and put the Bluetooth module in there while you are at it. Only 1 wire coming from the handlebar to the junction in the downtube.

Probably my cleanest, or rather the install I paid attention to it being so. Due to how minimalist the build is otherwise.

And this is with an early ew-79a junction too. Didn't even bother to order the bar end junction after it worked out so cleanly.

The frame builders provision for the route thru the stem and steerer made it more easily very stealthy.

My Crumpton...although I didn’t do it Nick did. The wire from the bar to the battery inside the frame is heat shrunk to the rear brake line. The wire from shifter to shifter is in the bar as is the wireless unit. Bar end A junction.

My bluetooth module is in the drops (left side).

You only have to connect one side of the unit, so you could just run a 150mm EW-SD50 from the left shifter to the EW-WU111 and hide it in the handlebars.
I have wrapped mine in bubblewrap or a piece of cloth to prevent it from making noise.

satellite switches + TRP Hylex RS hydro levers. I used self fusing tape to hold the di2 wire to the hydro line. Someday will replace with woven nylon fishing line and a common whipping knots.

might be a bit tedious but a whipping knot is a nice alternative to shrink wrap
