Cables for canti brakes

I setting up a bike with Paul touring canti brakes and basic non-Ergo levers....does anyone have a recommendation for cables?

Jason happens to be right. Shimano brake cables are excellent. However, in general brake cables are overbuilt. I've been using Jagwire...they are real nice. For gear cable I don't mess around...iAngelina J. and Dolly Parton.

which jagwire cables do you use? The choices are overwhelming.
