We can do eTransfers up here. $3000 is the daily limit.

Input an email address, confirm it via a text and send money.

Receiver gets an email, deposits funds into their account and done.

Is there not something like that south of the border?

Is $1250 a lot of dough for that bike?

I think so. He is clearly on the high end of that deal. If I had something that would fit the OP, it would be in the mail already.

That said... you want what you want

I think that bike will be around for awhile.

$1250 is on the high side, but the heart wants what the heart wants.

I am sure you can pull $500 a day.
Tell the seller about your situation and it will be yours on Friday.
You also should be able to call your bank to raise the limit.

Yes, Fixed has a TBI and I believe he is saying that is why he struggled to complete this purchase

I get that way sometimes. 20 deployments and three concussions, I get frustrated sometimes and can't figure it out. Other times I am a brilliant problem solver. It has gotten better in the last decade.

It is a nice bike, I've purchased a few used bikes that I lusted after in the 90s. Mine was a steel GT and I've scored two Nobilette versions.

Fixed, what bank do you use? Different banks have different withdrawal maximums, but this should be a solid plan.

ok...re-read, makes sense now. I think in this case it kept him from overpaying. Nice bike, but $ is a little steep IMHO.

Fixed- Keep on ridin' man! respect!

Do you have a close friend or family member who can pay the guy with Venmo and you write them a check?

The world can be a confusing mess. I'll help if I can...

Thanks for all the suggestions
It seemed like a great deal to me but I have been away from cycling for nine years during a long recovery.
Consistent riding does wonders For me now . I am
Very happy with my main bike I have now
it is the most staple bike I have ever ridden.
I am in a much better place after a couple hours of riding
I had a rest day yesterday and trying to make
that deal gave me anxiety .
Seller told he had other buyers so I sadly decided to let it go
Today I had a beautiful Early foggy morning ride in the headlands of Marin
(Crux with new wheels I got last week Santa Cruz carbon laced to Chris king hubs)

Cheers to all
