wonder what this will do for the best bargain in cycling: Yellow Jersey's Pair and a Spare for $50 (http://www.yellowjersey.org/tt.html)...

They're very obviously some kind of unbranded Vittoria with a butyl tube instead of latex. Great value for the tubie rider who doesn't mind being limited to a 23.

Didn't Veloflex buy their old factory in Italy when they went to Thailand?

Veloflex was formed by the former Vittoria employees in Italy. They got fired and decided to buy the assets there in Italy and give it a go. Kudos to them.

Their factory is described in the "About us" section of the Vittoria web page (https://www.vittoria.com/us/about-us).

Here's a Cycling Tips article on a factory tour (https://cyclingtips.com/2019/04/inside-vittoria-lion-tyres-thailand-manufacturing-facilities/) of the Thailand factory.
