i have to imagine saddles too, that's core to their business.

too bad about the components, i think the stems, posts and bars were all very good. i know dave kirk is a big fan of the posts too.

Bought an R1 stem used which arrived without face plate hardware. Didn't have hardware kits on their site so I emailed them. Replied asking for my address and sent me a complete kit for free.

Customer for life.

I had a warranty issue with a saddle which they were updating so they sent me a top of the line Arione in 2 days. I paid $150 for my saddle and the replacement was $300. The whole process was a simple form on their website. They're the best.

Guy who knows a guy at Fizik's US distributor.

There's a reason the main site highlights shoes, tape and saddles. Yeah, still selling through component stock, but once it's gone, it's gone.

I had issues twice with Fizik Antares saddles. The base would crack.
Both times they sent me brand new saddles after I send photos.

Too bad because they made some high quality parts. I'd rather ride Fizik than Deda, for example.

Looks like I'm hanging on to my bars, stem, and post then. I've moved away from Fizik saddles but I really like their components. The R1 seatpost has to have my favorite adjustment method ever.

did they make their own parts or do they have an aluminum fabricator?

My Fizik seatpost had a bolt that seemed a bit too small for any of my hex wrenches. I emailed them to see if I could get a replacement part. The sent an entire clamp assembly along with a nice Winter cap!
