I’ve had a trainer back there for 6+ weeks. I’ve been calling and emailing support but nothing. Realize they may not be on-site and able to do warranty repairs but I’d expect at least some level of communication. I got a work order a few weeks ago which led me to believe it was moving forward but zilch since.
They’re normally really solid to work with.
