Anybody have one of these and can comment on how they like it - especially in wet conditions? I've been pretty happy with my DaKine Hot Laps Gripper EXCEPT when things get sloppy. The velcro strap on the DaKine is very narrow. Still, I've found it to be very secure even when things get bumpy, but only when conditions are dry. In wet conditions, the strap works itself loose. Granted I don't get much rain out here, but that one wet ride I did do put some nice rub marks on my frame. The velcro strap on the Sinbad looks much wider so I'm wondering if that'll hold up better in wet conditions and stay fastened.
