Who is good to paint a stem/handlebar

To match? Not the whole handlebar, but I’d like to go white and integrated into my next one and see nothing I like. The Stem I like with handlebar to match is black or black Only.

Does wanta do small batch painting like that?

Montenegro Mfg (in Los Angeles) creates an integrated solution from your preferred stem & bar, then 2 color custom paint. I've seen a number of them and have always been impressed.
