Will this fit on my Record/ Chorus silver, 10 speed hub?

If not, is there such a (Shimano) 11 speed freehub that fits the last generation of (10 speed) silver Campy hubs?

Shimano/ SRAM cassettes are just easier and cheaper to come by and with more gearing options.

You need the one for an alloy axle.

Pretty sure it is this one:

I don't think this one works either. 17mm is correct, but I think this is for lobed axle (think black Record hubs). I believe silver hub Record/ Chorus take the older non-lobed version that is only compatible up to 10 speed, but not 11. The part number escapes me.

Good catch. I forgot about that.

Something makes me think the newer freehub is backwards compatible but the older freehub is not forward compatible but I could have that all wrong. I’m pretty certain it’s come up here in the past but my memory is failing me. (Clearly)

I posted a thread asking the exact same thing. Spud sold me one that's in daily use. If no one knows their B00 or BUU codes off hand, then I'll dig up the box and see what it says.

No, just the opposite..Campag Record FHBs were splitting because the titanium ring installed was causing that..so they went to an all aluminum FHB in 2007, but ALSO a lobed axle. The older FHBs fit onto lobed axles but the opposite isn't true.

First gen HG FHB were steel and shimano 10s only-WH-KX-10

THEN aluminum HG 8/9/10/11sFHB bit for lobed axles only(it's white)-FH-BO015X1

There is also a steel version but also for lobed axle-FH-BU015X, also 8/9/10/11s

So, the OP..he can get the lobed, 11s FHB but needs an axle also..I have the

steel FHBs BTW..

WILL work..it's a made for only a short time steel FHB that will go onto either lobed or not hub..white dust shield..these are VERY hard to find..
