So i have a Surly lht w tectro nothing special brakes w stock short pads that offer very little stopping power. I have seen the longer pads which are logicly better but what are some sugestions.

koolstop salmon thinline pads are about as good as it gets.

The soft compound wears faster but is worth it for the improved braking.

SwissStop for me. Green GHP if you can still find them.
