I am doing some covid time rebuilds w/ whatever is in the cave. No visits to LBS and no shipping.

So i found some tasty campy housing left overs; it has "ultra low friction" written on them. NO way to measure width to the mm. Any clues?

The shift housings on my campy cable equipped bikes have ultra-low friction on them, the brake housings only say campagnolo from what I can tell, however other text could be obscured by the handlebar tape.

Shift housing- typically composed of multiple strands of round wire
Brake housing- typically one flat wire wound around the plastic inner sheath

As was said above. Shift cables say Ultra Low Friction and are 4mm in diameter and if you look at the ends you will see that the middle layer is made of parallel steel wires. The brake cables say Campagnolo and are 5mm in diameter and the middle layer is made of a single coil of steel.
