Any Tour of California Predictions?

Anybody have any thoughts on this years TOC? Are we gonna have decent weather like last year and who are the favorites?

I predict rain. It's been dry, windy, warm, and cold for quite some time. I don't expect the weather to be as nice as last year.

BTW, I rode part of the second to last stage in the upcoming tour today.

I'd like to see some good performances by Americans, ie. Levi, George, Chris Horner, etc... Are there any domestic pro teams in the line up like Navigators, Health Net, etc...? I predict Disco as the winner
