I don't really give a rats shiite if he did anything illegal or not. That man was one of the last real people to win and win in style. He could ride anyone off his wheel whether it be on a huffy of stuff.

Wrong.

Tchmil was the last of the ironmen.

Wasn't a killer? ***? I think he was more, but had about 0.000001 less talent than Museeuw.

Tchmil was a hardman. I guess Museeuw was too, but somehow his Rogain hairdo and quasi-corporate image never did it for me. I liked the guys with a rough edge.

Museeuw was the real deal. But others were even more so. At least that is how I saw it.

Tchmil was last of the Flandrian hardmen imo. And he wasn't even born there.

That Paris Roubaix he won was an epic.

Overall wins. Sanremo sweet, Roubaix even better.
The lion wasn't a slump and he came back twice after
the gang in the knee and being hit on his moto bike w/wife

Museeuw was a thoroughbred, to be sure. Lots and lots of talent and many great wins. One of the all time greats.

I just thought he was kind of a boring racer. Just got on with the business. not exciting. The only thing fun to watch was how he has more hair at 40 or so than he had at 25. Hmmmm.......

Tchmil was never boring to watch. That's my point.

Museeuw was hard but I'm going to have to stick Saab here, Tchmil was a hardmans hardman...

never trust a bald guy who tries to hide it. Tcmil certainly had a harder face.
