FEDEX Tracking confuses me...

OK, I'm easily confused...
My Bob Jackson frame is finally coming back from the painter and last night the FEDEX tracking tool said it was being delivered today. This morning it has been changed to Monday. But - it says that it reached Edgartown MA (my local delivery depot) this morning and that it is On FEDEX Vehicle For Delivery.

***? Does this mean they drive the package around for practice today, then it comes for real on Monday?

I think it does mean that. Last fedex package I got did that, went out for delivery, rescheduled for the next day. Also had a UPS package do that, but often those go to the USPS for delivery.

Shipper probably specified a minimum number of days for delivery so that paint can finish curing. It's an optional service for bike painters from FEDEX. :)

I a glad that you got your item in time.
Shipping has been crazy lately to say the least, I have had this happen a few times since Corona hit.
