Howdy folks.

I have a pair of these in 25mm on my Hampsten with Alpha Q fork. I have ridden them about 200 miles so far with no issues, but I only have a few mms of clearance at the fork. I am thinking a 23mm would have been a better choice up front, but this is a discontinued model and I am "thrifty". Anyone have a new or lightly used yellow-striped 23mm that you probably won't use? I could also trade my 25mm, but it occurred to me that rear tires wear out at least twice as fast as fronts so it wouldn't be bad to have two for the back. Also, does any one know if the Krylion Carbon is the same tire but with a new name? It looks the same in pictures on the web...

Thanks, Doug

I have a set with 926.97 miles on them and I'm lightweight.

I'll send you a PM.

The Krylion replaced the old Michelin carbons in 2006. BTW, believe it or not, I have 2,600 miles on a set of the old 23mm Carbons (in yellow). Not one puncture! The rear is worn level, but still no threads or cuts showing. If you do not like to change flats, these tires rock!
