I have an EC90 Superlight fork, Easton EA70 Stem, and EC90 Equippe Carbon Bar. The torque spec on the inside of the stem (where the bar mounts) says 71 inch pounds of torque. Is this for both the bar end and steerer end of the stem?

I got everything straight and aligned well. My bars are torqued to roughly 71 inch pounds. What should I torque the steerer end of the stem to?

Am I close here? Please tell me if I am way off....

It appears that both ends of the stem should be torqued to the same value:
