Cielo Refinishing - Where?

Hey PL - what shop would be the best place to refinish a Cielo Sportif Classic frame? Are there shops in OR/PDX that specialize in Cielo now? Any info would be great. Thanks!

How about finding the painter that painted Ceilo frames? I trained him a number of years ago and he probably still lives in the Portand area. He is probably still painting frames somewhere. Email me and I can let you know his name.

Pretty much all the used Cielo frames I see come up for sale have paint bubbling around the headtube or BB tubes. Is that a common problem on these frames?

Also interested in this thread as I’m considering a Cielo in a color I can’t hang with. Repaint by someone close to the original project would be interesting but not essential to me. Black Magic and a Jen Green head badge are looking like possible solutions.

Black Magic Paint in PDX surely has painted a few Cielos. I just had them paint a bike. They did an amazing job. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
