I picked up these locally and the owner doesn't have the 12mm parts anymore. I also can't seem to find the right parts online.

Mavic Ksyrium Elite 6-bolt Disc

Currently 15mm thru
NEED 12mm thru

Do you need caps and Axle or just end caps?

SWEET! Thank you! There seem to be a ton of Mavic options and I've never dealt with these before.

The current axle is 15mm... do you know if I can use the 12mm threaded end caps on the 15mm axle with no issues? Or are those just replacements for the 12mm axle already?

I'm also about to go through LiveChat for WBW and see if they can help too.

Initial reaction is you could use a 15mm->12mm sleeve in the front and run your 12mm TA through the wheels as is.

However, there are tons of parts from Mavic so I would go through the full conversion and remove the 15mm end caps and 15mm axle and replace with 12mm end caps and axle.

PO thinks she might have found the push-in end caps to make it 12mm. I'm going to go try them at lunch today before ordering anything.

Where did you get them from? Mine fell off during a road side wheel change and I need a new one.

The lady I bought the wheels from found them in her parts bin. She knew they existed at some point because her husband had to call Mavic directly to find out what to buy for the previous 15mm conversion.

Yeah, I saw that thread the other day, before I even knew about the deal I was about to get. I still don't actually know what year/gen/hubs/etc I have here, other than Ksyrium Elite Disc. They seem solid to me because the PO immediately ordered Cosmics and only rode these until the new wheels arrived. The R8000 cassette and Sram rotors are prob worth the $150 I paid, so I can't really complain at all. :) Mavic-fan so far. lol
