seems like a well-rounded offering that clicks a lot of boxes. missing bb drop dimension in geometry chart:

That’s more a regurgitation of a press release than actual review. And since the new update was just released full reviews won’t be available for a while.

Bike radar did a shorter review of the previous design and had mostly had positive things to say, like always. But looking at specs it’s tough to fault the CGR Ti, as like other Ribble bikes they’re solid for the money and offer good rides with great looks.

Who knows if the updated features (dropped stays, 44mm headtube, more internal routing, lower weight) will be better for ride quality and maintenance.

The link states 1700g plus 480g for the fork

Not sure what question eddief was asking, as the subject asked for the wheel weight and his text asked for the bike weight, but didn’t indicate which build setup hes referencing. If it’s the setup in the bike radar article then the Aksium wheels are porkers - something like 2100g for the pair.

But total bike weight in reviews shouldn’t be taken too seriously as they’re always including the stock build kit. If you want to go full weight weenie you have to start with the frame and fork. And with Ti disc the weights are commonly in the ~1600-1800 for commodity priced frames while boutique and handmade can get to as low as ~1300-1400.

The old model frameset had the weights as listed by erk55, but the new model is supposed to be lighter. By how much, who knows.

Model 1600g's, but site does not say what size nor fork rake.
Other reviews of the older model complained of the frame being too stiff, even with big tires. Also minor problem of rubber Di2 port falling out.

Not a bad frame design, but don't like long cs and small and medium frames really just 5mm change to wb, 1/2 degree steeper head angle, and taller stack.

Looks like any other new carbon frame dropped seatstay.

For the $ probably someone's cup of tea, if it was me just would save my pennies and go custom or off the shelf carbon.
