Nice! I love their song Tamacun.

Something I've gotten into for a few years now is the EuroVision song contest. Found some great new artists that way. Super disappointed Netta won in 2018. I'm mean, it's an interesting song but wasn't a fan of it compared to Eleni Foureira with Fuego.

Thank you. Lovely... and great audio as well.

This is very good, and probably not standard of a home studio. The audio of the actual NPR Tiny Desk concerts is amazing. Bob Boilen does a fantastic job!

My hearing aids are tuned pretty well. I'm sure it's much better au naturale.

Many great Tiny Desk concerts! A few of my faves:
-Anderson .Paak & the Free Nationals
-Blue Man Group
-Chicano Batman
-Christian Scott
-Chromeo
-Deqn Sue
-DRAM
-Gucci Mane
-Lizzo
-Open Mike Eagle
-Public Service Broadcasting
-Roy Ayers
-Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings
-Snarky Puppy
-St. Paul and the Broken Bones
-Sturgill Simpson
-St. Vincent
-Sylvan Esso
-Tank and the Bangas
-Thundercat

The biggest surprise was T-Pain (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIjXUg1s5gc&list=PL1B627337ED6F55F0&index=563&t=0s). That dude can really sing when he's not covered in auto tune.

Moon Hooch (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwBhxBBa7tE&list=PL1B627337ED6F55F0&index=591&t=0s) might have rocked the hardest.

Dan Deacon (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heFRwLfjVXI&list=PL1B627337ED6F55F0&index=541&t=0s) is the wildest experience.

Hey Thanks! My wife & I caught them in Asheville, NC last December and they were hands down the best show of the year. Great energy!

Try firing up their 11:11 album for your next trainer ride.

I would add Mac Miller and Tech N9ne to that list, but admittedly my tastes favor hip hop performances. The Mac Miller set, the 2009 performance especially, really showcases the emotion that influences his writing. I grew up in KC so I'm invariably a Tech fan but him and Krizz Kalico make an incredible duo.

Also a big fan of the St Paul and the Broken Bones, Leon Bridges, and August Green sets.

I can only handle about 15 minutes of that but it's a descent 15 minutes. After that it all starts to sound the same. She's the better guitarist imho.

OP, thanks for sharing, I’ve been thinking of buying or building a nylon string thin line electric like the woman is playing.

Oh dang, I didn't even remember (or maybe never know in the first place) that Tech did one. I got into him back around Absolute Power, a real hometown hero.

St Paul and the Broken Bones was a very good Tiny Desk! Well, more than just that. Good music and entertainment.

Their live shows are great as well. We saw them live about a year ago and he’s just as animated throughout a live performance.
