Does anyone know who makes/sells such rims for rim brake bikes? Most likely some open-mold manufacturers from Asia, and preferably with a good track record.

Light Bicycle does. They make great rims that build and perform well.

FSE makes some nice rims. The V2 tubeless road rim is 20/27 internal external. The previous version is slightly narrower.
Fairwheel Bikes has all of versions and details.

Which model? I looked through but the closest is 21mm internal/28mm external, which will make a 25mm tires over 28mm after inflated at ~80 psi. I need a <=28mm inflated width (after a few hundred miles) due to clearance.

Looking into it. Is FSE somewhat related to Farsports? Rumors say they're made by Farsports and their rims not actually filament wound.

AFAIK no relation. No idea about the rim manufacturer.

I didn’t look to far into the source of FSE rims.

Though I got a set of their 35mm tubs (on White Ind hubs) recently and quite like them. They feel solid despite being a lightweight low profile rim, and the braking is excellent. The specs on their tubeless road rims are about right...might have to get a set...

Boyd's carbon rims are these exact dimensions IIRC. 19 internal and 27 external.

Use a 25mm tire like Veloflex Corsa. Problem solved.

Here you go. This is the 38mm deep. There are some deeper ones also.

Pretty sure all of the Reynolds AR wheels are 19mm inner and 27mm outer.

BTLOS pretty sure.

I checked these out and the prices are very reasonable. Are these rims durable based on your experience?

Unfortunately I don't think they sell rims only

Looking into these ones. Do you know who make them? 480g for 38mm carbon is a bit heavy.

Built quite a few and so far, no issue with those who are riding them. The only issue is they come from China so time to ship has been kinda an issue plus with the virus gig, they have had to ‘search’ for a shipper. Some sets DHL, some UPS.

But, I like their many options, not only drilling’s, type, widths, depths, finish, brake surface type for rim brake, etc, etc.
Pick a rim and go through the ‘configure’ to see all the options.
