I cleaned out the tool drawer and I can't figure out what the heck these bits are. The piece on the right might be from a pump? The bobs on the left were in the same little plastic bag.

Yeah the deal on the right looks like a connector for a Saris pump hose assembly. No clue on the others

Item on the left is used to adjust play on the shaft of a turbo encabulator.

The one in the middle looks like a ferrule used on seatpost binder bolt mounted drop cable hangers.

I thought the same thing for the center part, looks exactly like a cable hanger part, those are invaluable when you don't have much space for running the cable.

good answers on the others...but the one on the left is the conundrum of them all. I'm guessing 1)some sort of bearing extraction/insertion device, 2) half of rear stay device for cold-setting a frame, 3) device to manipulate the diameter of a seat-tube? just guesses on my part, but might help someone think it through.

It doesn't look very old - it's not some obscure item from when I rode with freewheels :)
Does it have something to do with hydro disc brakes?

The thing on the left is the Surly wheelbuilding adapter for Surly Pugsley wheels. They were offset to one side 17.5mm, so the adapter allows you to properly dish the wheel.

Nice. How incredibly obscure.

Can't tell from the picture (the threads/diameter appear too small) but the thingy on the right looks like a pedal extender.

Ding ding ding, a winner!
Wondering why I have this. I had an early fat bike (Wildfire, from AK) but I wasn't building fat wheels.
