His work was much appreciated. He should've listened though when Rambo said "let it go", "let it go."

I didn't realize that he lived in New Haven, not too far away.

He could sure chew up a scene. Always enjoyed his work. He was the best thing about Gorky Park.

I didn't recognize the name but as soon as I saw the face, oh that guy! IF you grew up in the 70s and 80s you remember seeing him everywhere. Just one of those actors that took on so many roles.

Wow, great actor. Sorry to hear. Played a variety of roles in movies that I enjoyed.

Yes, in First Blood, he played a good role. Pressed ALL Stallone's buttons.

One of those guys who was just reassuring to see in a supporting cast. You already think Presumed Innocent is good, for instance, and then you see him in a supporting role and you know it's good.

What a great summation. Perfect. He really was that in all the films I have seen. Presumed Innocent is so good.

Also, it always struck me that for such a large man he was very light on his feet. He had an astounding physical presence in that way.

We were watching him recently in his recurring role on the Black List.

On our first wedding anniversary my wife and saw BD as Willy Lowman in Death of a Salesman on Broadway. What a show. We also stayed at the Plaza Hotel, the mood was dimmed, however, because JFK Jr. died the same day.

I saw him in the same role in the same run. He played Loman against type and was absolutely brilliant. He was a truly great actor on the stage and the screen.
