Saris M2 noisy

Hello, I'm new to trainers and this forum, just picked up the Saris cycleops M2 and I'm concerned about the noise it's making. Along with the squeaky tire there's a knocking sound. What's happening is when I tighten down the roller it warps the mount and causes the flywheel to hit the frame. Any help would be great, thanks.

I can't post a video for some reason but I figured it out, I was on a concrete floor that was uneven, moved it to a more level area and it stopped. Silly really, thanks for the reply.
