Hey folks, for all my years nerding out on bikes I just don't understand rear derailleur pulleys.
Here's my dilemma-- I'm trying to update some SRAM Force and Rival 10 speed RD's with new pulleys. These are for budget builds so I'm OK going with off brand pulleys as long as they are OK. This era derailleur:

Naturally, these would work and be the safest choice: https://www.performancebike.com/sram-force-rival-apex-10-speed-rear-derailleur-pulley-set-11.7515.060.000/p309136

Alternatively, these, being labeled 11 speed, wouldn't work right? Because why would SRAM make an 11 speed and 10 speed pulley if they are cross compatible?

Further confusing things, KCNC, Tacx, BBB, and other companies make a pulley that they claim are compatible across manufacturers.

So, at the end of the day my questions are:
1. Can I use SRAM 11 speed pulleys with 10 speed?
2. If aftermarket makers are saying a single pulley is cross compatible to Shimano, Campy, and SRAM can I assume I can use Campy and Shimano pulleys in a SRAM derailleur?
3. Does tooth count matter? The SRAM pulleys are 11T whereas the aftermarket pulleys are 10T.
4. Any strong recommendations for cheap aftermarket eBay pulleys? I'm looking to update several RD's so the savings add up over SRAM OE pulleys, assuming the quality is equal or better.
