A friend told me about this course on Coursera called The Science of Well Being. It is apparently the most popular class at Yale, and is now available online for free.
I have started watching the lectures and doing some of the exercises, and have found them to be insightful and useful. Thought I would share if anyone is looking for something positive and productive to do while sheltering in place :)
